In this intensive 2-day course, attendees will learn the essential roles of a Product Owner and Product Manager within a SAFe enterprise. Diverging from traditional Product Owner training that primarily covers the aspects of product ownership on a team level, the SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) course provides a broader perspective of how these roles contribute to the success of enterprise-level activities. Participants will be equipped to effectively lead the delivery of value in a Lean enterprise by learning to drive the continuous exploration, execution, and delivery of innovative products and solutions.
 
This includes mastering the collaboration with Agile teams, understanding the layers of strategy and investment funding, and aligning efforts with the larger program and portfolio directions.
